This Privacy Notice for GMABS Business Directory ('we', 'us', or 'our'), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ('process') your personal information when you use our services ('Services'), including when you:
- Use GMABS Business Directory. An online business directory for Melbourne's Greek Mums and Bubs community. Business owners can create a listing to promote their products and services to a trusted local community. Shoppers can browse listings, save favourites, and leave recommendations. Business listings are available on a paid subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, express interest in our Services, or contact us. This includes: names, phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, passwords, contact or authentication data, billing addresses, and debit/credit card numbers (handled by Stripe).
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register using your existing Facebook or Google account details. If you choose to do so, we will collect certain profile information from the social media provider.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. Specifically we use your information to: facilitate account creation and authentication; deliver Services; respond to inquiries; send administrative information; fulfil and manage orders; enable user-to-user communications; request feedback; send marketing communications (opt-out available); post testimonials; protect our Services; evaluate and improve our Services; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. These help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Google logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture. We will use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice — generally for the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymise it.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
